240 litre / 60 gallon new plastic HDPE rain barrel. Includes leaf and mosquito filter basket, spigot/tap , overflow adaptor and overflow hose. The clear dispensing hose with hose clip is no longer included with this item. Overflow adaptor permits rain barrels to be connected in series. Dimensions are approximately 23 inches wide and 38 inches tall. Weight is approximately 24 lbs

    I bought one of these in 2016 and absolutely love it. Wish I would of bought another one. Much better quality than the one I bought from a major retainer for double the price. I will definitely be buying another this year and have talked the company I work for to host a sale to benefit a local charity.

    I purchased 2 rain barrels, a sandstone rain barrel as well as a black rain barrel. The top of the black rain barrel is removable by unscrewing the top. I have tried to remove the top of the sandstone rain barrel but it seems to be permanently fixed and not removable. Is that correct? I am thinking of sawing it off, but don’t want to destroy it if I am missing something obvious.
