The $33.40 Subsidy is only available to residents of the City of New Castle and is limited to 1 per household and will be held at Delaware Street Wharf,1 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720 on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 2pm - 4:30pm, with home deliveries commencing after the event and continuing daily until completed. Fees for optional home delivery are as follows: $10 per barrel or composter, $25 per tank. Delivery of accessories is free when ordered with barrels, composters or tanks. Delivery orders of "accessories only" are subject to a flat $20 delivery fee.
