The $33.40 Subsidy is only available to residents of the City of New Castle and is limited to 1 per household and will be held at Delaware Street Wharf,1 Delaware Street, New Castle, DE 19720 on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, from  to  with home deliveries commencing after the event and continuing daily until completed. Fees for optional home delivery are as follows: $10 per barrel or composter, $25 per tank. Delivery of accessories is free when ordered with barrels, composters or tanks. Delivery orders of "accessories only" are subject to a flat $20 delivery fee.
