We supply you, our partner, with support and resources to promote your sale to customers who place online orders which we then ship to you. PROMOTIONAL EFFORTS ENSURE THE SUCCESS OF YOUR SALE. Promotions should be directed to your contacts as well as to the general community usually within a 30 minute drive of your distribution location.
You’ll have a dedicated webpage where the orders are taken and we keep track of your inventory and customers. You can see an example of what yours might look like HERE
We ship the pre ordered products to you and your volunteers unload the truck in one hour or less.
You staff a maximum 3 hour distribution day where you hand out the barrels to these customers who have all pre-ordered.
We are able to offer you rain barrels at truckload quantities only. If your group was unable to make the minimum, we do everything we can to get them to you but ask you and your customers to be flexible about the delivery date which may need to change in order to accommodate trucking schedules for smaller loads. You are never required to make up the difference or put yourself at risk in any way.
Your payment to RainBarrelFundraising.com is AFTER your customers have paid you (except for those who choose to pay us directly online). We recommend your rain barrels be listed at a price that ensures you receive $10 profit per barrel. You’ll also receive $2.00 each for rain barrel stands, diverters and planters.
