Weekday Delivery of Barrels*
Weekday delivery is most common for all rain barrel sales. Barrels generally arrive Tuesday to Friday. Do you have any concerns or questions about this? Please add details in comments at the end of this form.

Delivery windows should be several hours in length to allow for factors that affect trucking. Please add more information including more specific time requirements or requests or different days requirements in the comments section at the end of this form.

Considering the answers you have given, please record your availability to receive in the following format if you can: Thurs 5/20 5PM to 11PM, Fri 5/21 7AM to 8PM. Add as many as possible - thank you for helping us book your truck!
Do you plan to order extra rain barrels?*
Have you ordered extra barrels for walk up customers or to sell after your sale date? We generally advise about 5% more than customers have ordered or 15 barrels (whichever is lower). You can keep unsold barrels on consignment and don't need to pay us for these extras until your customers pay. We keep your webpage active with any unsold materials and your contact information. If you would like to order extra barrels, please go to your sale’s webpage and order them using the Cash on Pick Up or Interac payment option and do not follow up with payment. Put "EXTRA BARRELS" in the NAME field. Please do this at least ten days before your sale date or NOW. Many partners end their sale with customers hoping for an extra barrel to be available. We recommend you consider ordering at least one or two. Ask your volunteers to commit to holding one at their home until it is sold - usually this happens quite quickly! Sales that require a truck be on the road 24 hours or more often sell out these extra barrels while the truck is moving.
