I just ordered a barrel but did not recieve any confirmation other than a little flash notice saying that my information was received. It says that a confirmation is needed for pickup, how can I get that??

I ordered a “cash at pick up” rain barrel (pick up at Zoo) and did not receive a receipt. I used the same email I am using now. I put the order in today (Monday morning). Have I just been living in an instant replay world too long? Does it take a little while to send receipts? Should I just be patient?
Does pick up have to be the date selected? If we change our mind about which day we visit the zoo that weekend, can we still pick it up?

You are welcome to pick-up a rain barrel on any day. Since this is a multi-day sale we are simply trying to get a better sense of the quantities to have on hand each day.

How could I order a blue rain barrel? I was at the zoo parking lot yesterday and your staff said I can online pre-order blue one. But I couldn’t find this option. Only three colours can be selected.

Hi Maria – thanks for asking. You can order a barrel until the truck is filled. I would suggest sooner than later! There MAY be extras on the ground but only preordered barrels are guaranteed to be there. Thank you! Leah@RainBarrel.ca
