Belleville – Friends of Glanmore NHS

RainBarrel.ca is pleased to partner with the Friends of Glanmore National Historic Site in Belleville, Ontario for a truckload rain barrel sale. Funds raisied at the sale will go toward ongoing interior restoration of Glanmore National Historic Site.

Orders are now being taken for a Saturday, May 26^th 2012 pickup date. Distribution will be from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM on the side lawn of Glanmore National Historic Site, 257 Bridge Street East, Belleville. Distribution will coincide with the Friends of Glanmore’s Perennial Plant and Bake Sale. No household limits and no residency requirements are imposed however, only barrels ordered in advance are guaranteed to be available.

Each rain barrel comes fully equipped with a leaf and mosquito filter basket, an overflow adaptor that permits multiple barrels to be connected in series, 1.2m of overflow hose and a spigot that attaches directly to a garden hose. The price is $55 per barrel. (Additional overflow hose can also be purchased if required.) This year the rain barrels are being manufactured from recycled plastic right here in Belleville. They are black in colour and hold 220 litres of water.

• Since you have ordered a rain barrel online, it is guaranteed, so there is no need to rush to stand in line at 8:30 AM. Take your time, avoid the line and show up when it is convenient before 1:30 PM.
• Bring your Receipt and CASH if not prepaid
• Receipt is emailed to you
• PayPal purchases cannot be released without a receipt/proof of purchase or identification.
• For unpaid barrels, we will only accept CASH at the sale event. Credit and debit cards are NOT accepted on the day of the event

Dispensing Hose Hose attached to Barrel	This optional clear hose connects between the bottom side of the barrel and the spigot. It displays the water level in the barrel and eliminates the need to reach down to control the spigot. A plastic clip and metal screw are included to secure the hose to the top side of the rain barrel : $5.00
